Support and Parking Support

Support is permitted in the 100M, 100K and 50K races.

Personal support

Personal support is allowed only at specific aid stations, in the designated area, and at the discretion of the station leader. These stations can be found on the outline map of your competition. In the 100M, 100K and 50K races, support is permitted at the following stations:

  • m2 - Strobl
  • m5 - St. Gilgen
  • m8 - Faistenau
  • m11 - Hof

Assistance can only be provided by a person carrying no special equipment other than a bag with a maximum volume of 30 liters. Assistance by a team of professionals or paramedics is strictly prohibited. The rest of the aid station is reserved exclusively for the runners.

Support Crew Rules

This assistance may only be provided by a single person who does not bring any special equipment other than a bag with a maximum volume of 30 liters.

It is forbidden to accompany anyone outside the tolerance zones, which are clearly marked near the refreshment station, or to be accompanied on any part of the route by a person who is not registered for the race. A participant who is accompanied outside the marked routes is in breach of the principle of self-sufficiency.

Parking Rules

Support crews and accompanying persons may only park in the designated and reserved parking areas. All parking options are located within less than 5 minutes walking distance from the aid station.

Please note that runners whose support crews park in non-designated areas may be subject to time penalties.
