The UTMB® Index reflects a runner’s performance level over the past 24 months. A valid UTMB® Index grants priority access to UTMB® World Series Events and is required to validate entry into the UTMB® World Series Finals lottery.
The official nutrition partner is NÄAK, and their products are available at the aid stations.
Aid stations offer drinks, sweets, salty snacks, bread, and gluten-free/vegan options. For sustainability reasons, no cups are provided. Drinks are only filled into runners' own flasks or hydration systems. More info: https://mozart.utmb.world/de/races-runners/runners/Verpflegung

With the registration fee, all runners are automatically covered by mountain rescue insurance for 24 hours from the race start.
No
Recommended if you do not have personal transport to the start. The shuttle timetable is available on the website and in the Runner Guide.
REGISTRATION
Ensure you have a MyUTMB account and that your race results are correctly linked.
Priority registration for UTMB Index holders Runners with a valid UTMB Index receive a 48-hour priority window before general registration opens.

Registration closes once all spots are filled, but no later than 15 March 2026. There is no waiting list.
Send an email to mozart100@service.byutmb.world. Refunds are not possible unless you purchased cancellation insurance.
No certificate required. However, regular medical check-ups are strongly recommended.

• Registrations are personal and non-transferable. • Bib exchanges between runners are not allowed. • Switching to a shorter distance is possible until 3 weeks before race day (no refund). • Switching to a longer distance is possible only at the Race Director’s discretion and only if the distance is not sold out. • Deferrals to the following year are not possible.
• No UTMB Index required • You must be aware of your fitness, capabilities, and experience in alpine terrain • Minimum ages: 120 km / 72 km / 39 km → 18 years 21 km → 16 years 12 km → 9 years
CHECK-IN
Bib numbers must be collected in person. Required: • Photo ID • QR code from your confirmation email

DROP BAGS
- Only the official drop bags (40 × 50 cm) may be used.
- Label clearly with your bib number.
- Do not place valuables inside; organizers assume no liability.
